Reminder Notice - Voluntary Call for Information on Chemicals

The National Industrial Chemicals Notification and Assessment Scheme (NICNAS) published a call for information on certain chemicals which can be utilised in the manufacture of illicit drugs in the Chemical Gazette of 8 October 2008.

NICNAS is collating information on these chemicals on behalf of the Commonwealth Government Attorney General’s Department (AGD). The information will primarily be considered in the development of a national framework for the control of precursor chemicals and equipment.

This notice is a reminder that the closing date for the requested information is 1 December 2008.
